Returns
You may return an item within 7 working days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required to process the return.
Certain items, such as perishable goods, customized products, and intimate apparel, are not eligible for return.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status.
If approved, the refund will be credited within 5-7 working days to the original method of payment.
Shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping costs must be covered by the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective product).
Exchanges

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund as necessary.
Exchange / Replace will be delivered in 5 – 7 working days.
